Everyone speaks about personality. However, how is it defined? Not using your textbook’s definition, but using your own words, develop a definition of personality. Now, how does your definition relate back to the one provided in your textbook. How similar or dissimilar are the two definitions?

Additionally, there are different perspectives that different theorists or theories follow in their articulation of personality. Of the eight featured in your textbook, which perspective most coaligns with your own thoughts about personality? Which perspective does the best in defining personality?
