Requirements of the Assignment:

1. Give company name, brand name and logo.

2. A short-term marketing  plan with an implementation period of 2 years to be reviewed at the end of the 1st year.

3. Marketing budget given is $20,000 by the company to be allocated to marketing activities including the marketing plan.

4. The company will enter at the lower end of the industry but expected to increase market share within a year.

It is a new company in the market, will produce and sell the Organic Babyfood in New Zealand. Should be creative and professional.
