The purpose is to focus on a personal analysis of your effectiveness in preparing people to participate in emerging environments by defining how you specifically and effectively use authenticity, strategic conversations, and openness to new ideas to build learning agility in the workplace. In addition, evaluate your ability to use appreciative and strengths-based coaching, listening, and questioning to build positive relationships.
Prepare an analysis of your personal competency that can be shared with a senior leader in your firm, as this analysis will serve as a starting point for your yearly review.
Prepare a cover memorandum and written presentation that includes the following:
- Articulate personal leadership skills related to positive organization relationships.
- Analyze the impact of personal leadership skills on organization relationships now and in the near future. Take the time to make the impact (what your actions achieved) clear and what you will continue to achieve (agile learning) in the workplace.
- Integrate how personal leadership skills enhance organization performance. Frame the impact in a detailed manner that speaks directly to enhanced performance for the organization.
