This project will investigate changes in epigenetics signatures associated with depression and associated changes in gene and protein expression . the student will learn arrange of experimental techniques including neural stem cell culture and chromatin immunoprecipitation and arrange of bioinformatics skills including analysis of genome-wide sequencing data.
