There are three approaches to Human Resource Development (HRD): Global HRD, Comparative HRD, and National HRD. There are also challenges in connecting motivation to performance when allowing for local and expatriate workers. Answer the questions below in a 2-3 page paper:

Global HRD – The preliminary function of global Human Resource Management is that the organization carries a local appeal in the host country despite maintaining an international feel.

Comparative – This field of study is much more broad-ranging and involves analysis of the institutional frameworks in which HRD and education practices are culturally located.

National – is the planned and coordinated process of enhancing HR in one or more political states or geographic regions for economic and/or social purposes. All in the same country here.
