How different types of empathy could be related to employee conflict management: a study from entrepreneurs’ perspective

This thesis proposal should: – Cover different types of empathy (Cognitive, Emotional and Compassionate).
– All the references should be from good quality articles, i.e. Journal of management etc. (2-4 from websites allowed)
– how different types of empathy affect the conflict management process, i.e.: a qualitative research about how will each type of empathy manage the conflict. Questions such as Which one will keep the conflict as to have more competition in the firm hence more productivity, which one will try to resolve and have a calm atmosphere in the firm etc could be answered.
– The whole thesis proposal should revolve around entrepreneurship as it is the main topic
– Furthermore, to clearly state, the research contribution should be able to summarise extant literature and state what is the gap in this literature, why it is important to address it, and how you will do it with your study.
